PRS Procedures ("the App") is an educational mobile application for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

• Account Information: Your full name, email address, university affiliation, and level of training. This information is provided by you during registration or when updating your profile.
• Quiz Data: Your quiz scores, answers, and attempt history. This data is used to track your learning progress within the App.
• Authentication Data: We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. Firebase may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and authentication tokens to provide and secure the sign-in service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Save your quiz progress and performance history
• Sync your data across devices
• Verify your email address

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the App's educational functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase processes your data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party services collect data through the App.

We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to any other third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. We use Firebase's built-in security rules to restrict access to your data to your authenticated account only.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for medical students and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access and update your personal information through the Profile section of the App
• Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
